What Julie does
A regular yoga practice has many benefits including: better sleep, a more positive outlook, injury prevention, lower chances of developing stress-related diseases and conditions, and a deeper sense of who you are and where you want to go. I can help you release stress, strenghten and unfold your body, and find your center through yoga-based healing arts including slow flow hatha yoga classes, mind-body yoga therapy, Yogassage, and Thai yoga therapy (also known as Thai massage). Yoga is a holistic way to get to know your body, move through stuck emotions, empower your life and feel JOY!
What Julie does best
Private one-on-one yoga - as it was meant to be taught. I really enjoy working with beginners who are eager to try yoga but might find that large studio environments are not for them. I offer a unique beautiful private space tucked in a neighborhood setting to help you develop your personal yoga practice and bring it home.
