Strategic Planning: Develop marketing strategies and plans for increased company visibility in target markets. Work with management teams to develop highly effective campaigns, creative pieces, and landing pages. Day to day management and execution of all marketing campaigns. Analyze and summarize effectiveness of marketing programs, including ROI and other relevant business metrics.

Marketing Communications: Define, execute, and support ongoing communication programs, including email newsletters, social media, press relations, and presentations. Manage design and written content for marketing and media programs (press releases, case studies, data sheets, and white papers). Event management and follow-up, including trade shows, seminars, and guest speaking engagements. Spearhead the creation and support of ongoing lead nurturing programs.

Business Development: Sourcing of new opportunities and securing introductions, building a pipeline; using multiple tactics from cold calls to networking in developing new leads. Research new contacts and potential opportunities. Pre-qualify and track leads in sales database for pipeline development. Orchestrating client sales meetings, including documenting and coordinating timely follow-up on all action items. Supervise for timely follow-up on inquiry and quotes. Actively manage status of current proposal submittals.

Social Media / SEO / SEM: Manage the day-to-day activities of social media presence to ensure a consistent and high quality consumer experience. Responsible for all search engine optimization activities including site redesigns, site content, keywords, ranking and reporting, site audits, etc., in an effort to drive traffic to web site.

CRM / PSA Administration: Develop, implement, and manage business automation software. Maintain and improve the integrity and usability of system while customizing to fit company needs and business requirements, including creation of complex reports. Documentation and user training.
