As owner of a Realty Executives office in the Bellevue area, I am always looking for other real estate agents who want to grow their business using all the tools we have available to help them. I am excited to be able to offer all of this at fees that are significantly lower than most brokerages.

I am also a results oriented real estate agent who has been in the business here in the Bellevue area for over 13 years. I have extensive market knowledge and negotiating experience along with a high level of integrity to satisfy each and every one of my clients.

I like to make every client feel like they are the only client while I am working with them in a transaction. As a result much of my business has become referral based.

I specialize in helping buyers & sellers achieve their real estate goals in the Greater Eastside cities including Bellevue, Newcastle, Mercer Island, Kirkland & Redmond, Issaquah & Sammamish.

I work with my husband Ben who is also the mayor for the city of Newcastle. We are very involved the community and are the grand sponsors of the Summer Concerts in the Park.

We have launched a new company called Your Golden Move that is geared towards helping seniors as they decide to downsize whether it's to a retirement home, condo, active adult community or even out of state. We have bundled services to insure a streamlined move. One of the companies we contract with will even sort through all the belongings that have accumulated over the years and find good homes for them. They will also prepare the move and help to make the new accomdations feel like home.

I believe in having a good balance in life. My family, work & playtime are all important to me. When work will allow, there's a good chance you'll find me on the tennis court working on improving my game & getting my exercise or singing at a piano bar or with a band.

I'll help take the stress out of the process and work towards achieving your real estate goals.
