I'm a web application developer and interface designer with a special interest in the user experience (UX), needs analysis and agile development processes. I like working with smart, ambitious, passionate companies, especially those working with the Ruby on Rails platform.

I manage large projects and agile software teams by designing wonderful users experiences -- the connections between your company and your users. This usually applies to a website, but often extends to customer support, feedback or even the experience of opening a product's packaging.

Quick consulting gigs are fine, but the real value is in a deep connection with your company and your customers.

I don't need much at all right now. I have a great full-time job and plenty of demand for the few spare hours I have, but I love hearing about...
