I have two intentions as a Financial Advisor.  The first is to assist clients find a balance between being in denial or obsession when they deal with their finances. I also provide the opportunity for Socially Responsible Investing which produces positive & sustainable global change, competitive returns, and offers us the opportunity to walk our talk.

My process as a Financial Advisor offers a broad and candid exploration into your relationship with money.  Retirement planning will be an important part of our process, but equally valuable is becoming aware of the financial stories you may cling to (innocence, powerlessness, entitlement, etc.) that prevent you from truly enjoying financial health.  My approach to financial planning can be found in my handbook, The Wealth of an Ordinary Life.

What I do best is engage individuals in an inquiry about their relationship to money. Yes, we'll explore and implement strategies that can increase your material wealth, but my work is, at its heart, about helping clients 'grow up' financially.

I began offering comprehensive financial planning, portfolio management, and financial counseling ten years ago.  I also teach workshops at schools that include University of Washington Experimental College, South Seattle Community College, and Bastyr University..
