I own a cafe called The Hangar Cafe in Georgetown! I've only been open since November and it's going great so far. We specialize in crepes...all sorts of them from savory to sweet. We got 'm all! We also do sandwiches and soups and homemade pasteries! I also do catering. I can cook up some yummy items from stuffed mushrooms to garlic sauteed asparagus straws.

I love to cook. It brings out such a creative side of me. A side I never really knew was there. It's been great! Stop by the cafe sometime and let me show you!

I don't need much. I have what i've always wanted, my own cafe!! But if I had to find something to need, it be building the catering side of my business. So...if you or someone you know needs a good caterer, send me an e-mail. I'd love to hear from you!

I graduated from Lincoln High School in Portland and when on to Portland Community College for two years.

Justin Taft, owner of the recently opened Hangar Café, comes from an extensive background of coffee shop and café experience. He started his career several years ago in Portland, Oregon working as a barista for Coffee People. Starbucks was next where he began as a barista and was soon managing stores in Portland then Seattle. Justin furthered his career at Peet's Coffee and Tea, managing two locations in the Seattle area. Then he tried something a little different...high end chocolates. Justin was West Coast Area Manager of Neuhaus Chocolates for two years. His last venture before opening The Hangar Cafe was managing The Essential Bakery Company on Madison St.
