I am a Certified Professional Life Coach in private practice in the Greenlake area of Seattle. People in my life have often come to me when they feel stuck. I have always felt like it was my deepest calling to be there to support and encourage. I thrive on the deep sense of gratitude I feel whenever someone trusts me and feels safe enough to open up to me and to themselves. To look at the baggage that we all dred looking at and say "hey, what the heck is that and why am I lugging it around. Is that even mine?". I work with people who are feeling stuck and are ready to take steps forward, but may not know how or what direction to go in. I have over a decade experience in Coaching sports and over 20 years experience of unofficial Life Coaching. I Coach my clients like I have coached my players for years. I use compassion and communication as the keys to unlock the potential of my clients. They have the talent and tools inside of them. I do all I can to support them unconditionally in their endeavor to play this game to the best of their ability. To help them win at this game of life by playing it using all of their natural skills. I provide a safe and compassionate place for my clients to be totally honest with themselve and with me. I am without agenda or attatchment to the outcome of the session. I hold a clean space for my clients to tap into their inner wisdom and create action steps for the week to move towards their goal. All my clients have my promise of complete confidentiality and my unconditional support.

I Coach on a variety of subjects but I am in deep connection to communication and clarity Coaching. My style of Coaching includes an emphasis on compassion for self and an deeply safe and supportive environment. When we have a deep compassion for self and an ability to show compassion for others we are able to see more clearly and move more smoothly through this beautiful thing called life. No matter the subject, my clients can move forward faster if they are willing to being completely honest in their communications with themselves and with me. I work with my clients to get into their deepest feelings and desires while making a safe environment to talk openly in. Being able to clearly communicate with me, yourself, your spouse or significant other, your boss, co-workers, friends and all the rest of the people in your life is key to getting what you want and letting people know how you really feel. When we are in an emotionally clear space, we are going to make a faster transition and take fewer wrong turns getting to our goals.

I need clients who are really interested in forward movement in their lives. It can be scary and that should be honored, but it shouldn't keep you from taking control of your life and your dreams. I need clients who are interested in having a synergetic relationship with a Coach that is passionate about helping people reach their goals and dreams. I am truly grateful for each and every one of my clients. There is nothing more exciting and rewarding to me than becoming a positive part of your journey in life, as you become a part of mine.
