We need people who are working directly for an organization, public or private, (no employees of Microsoft or of any companies that provides IT services as it primary business). The Microsoft IT Advisory Council wants to talk to IT professionals about the certification process and is eager to get input. Do you know anyone in your personal or professional circles that fits this description. If you get anyone to attend you receive $250 per person recruited. Thanks for your help!!!! Here is the information.
The Microsoft IT Advisory Council would like to invite you to an event happening this Friday February 29th!
The Microsoft Learning group is eager to know the views of IT Professionals around the value of certification. That is to say where they perceive there to be value (or where they don’t), what value they’d like to see added, and how certification should be conducted in the future. The event will be a sit-down with them and series of your peers where you’ll be able to bounce whatever ideas you have off the people who have direct control over how it’s shaped moving forward. Consider it a chance to vent all your pains on the subject or express your adoration for whatever benefits it has given you. You will be speaking directly to the people who can implement changes to the Microsoft certification process.
There will be 2 sessions on Friday 2/29/08 at the Redmond campus. The first is a morning session between 8am and noon for any non-certified IT Pros. The second will be in the afternoon from 1 to 5 for certified IT Pros. If you’d like to be considered for either group please email or call us at 206-262-7446 so that we can run you through a quick screener and pencil you into the right group. Do it soon though, as we only have a limited amount of slots left and Friday is only a few days away. [less]
