I own and operate a floatation center.

My mission is to:
Assist stressed individuals into a relaxed states of high productivity.

I am a natural chef with training "on-the-job" at Chez Panisse. I received my Natural Chef training/education at Bauman College. It is from the perspective of Chinese medicine and modern nutrition. The nutritional aspect fused with training in French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Polynesian, and California cuisine is the backdrop for a unique approach to food. Selecting the best styles from around the world and then preparing them to heal the body is a true joy.

I decided to steer clear of traditional schooling to follow my desire for the healing arts.

My experience comes from the school of hard knocks. It has led me down the path of understanding personal growth. From this core value do I expand into my world.
