What does Karen need?

Currently I need a referral for a plumber and an electrician in Redmond. Surely someone has remodeled a bathroom or kitchen recently and could throw in their 2 cents.

My goal is to connect with Contractors, Designers and Real Estate Agents to generate leads. I also need to be able to refer my clients to designers and contractors for projects beyond my scope.
