  For the longest time I resisted hiring a copywriter. How could anyone possibly write like me (I need it all to sound like 'my voice.') How much time would I have to spend educating her about the product itself? Oh, by the time I find someone and train them and edit them I might as well just write it myself.

  Then I met Karen. She picked up my products immediately. She admits she's among the best writers to "get" someone else's voice. But she won't tell you she went to Yale. She won't tell you that she's enterprising enough to dig into industry journals to find the right reference. She won't tell you that she'll work through the night to deliver according to your unreasonable deadline. But she does all this and more.
