Education is a large part of my legal practice. I enjoy speaking to groups of business owners about starting up and operating businesses. I teach courses in law (including employment law) at the undergraduate and graduate levels. I teach a course I designed on ethics and risk. When I teach courses in law, I integrate my material on risk and ethics into the lesson plans.

I give workshops and presentations. I am available for training seminars concerning conflict and various aspects of business development.

I am a writer. My chapter on ethics (part of a statewide training manual for forensic custody investigators) was published in 2008. I am in the editing phase of two books that I hope to make available in 2009.

I am a forensic custody investigator in Kitsap and Jefferson Counties. I am a consultant for other investigators statewide and also consult with out of state clients and clients in other counties regarding custody disputes. [less]
