I am a Seattle-based freelance designer, specializing in print design. I have worked on numerous identity packages, brochures, invitations and 300+page documents. I have worked with many non-profits in the area as well as start-up businesses and large corporate structures. As the sole proprietor of LOMAXdesign for 5 years, I have learned the importance of time management and the ability to complete large projects on tight deadlines. I have been responsible for the entire design of select features and special sections in magazines and books. I have also created individual pieces that represented a corporate style. My work has covered many different formats and numerous printing processes.

In my freelance work I have control of projects from start to finish, from the creative idea to the finalization of the printed piece. I am a creative individual and talented designer who enjoys working alone or in a team environment.

My most honed skills are for print design. I have been working in the industry for 10 years now and love the process of designing a logo for a company and helping them form an identity. I also very much enjoy working on brochures/documents that will help my clients get their message out to their audience. I am able to design for web and understand the concepts and ramifications of web design, however I do not do any form of coding or making pages live. I am very customer oriented and I will work until my clients get what they are looking for.

I'm looking for people who need graphics work or people who know people who need graphics work.

i.e. A start-up company that is looking for a logo and business card. A non-profit that is in need a brochure to get the word out or someone looking for some direct mailing ideas and pieces.

Graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BFA in Photo Illustration. Minored In both Graphic Design and Art History. I've taken design courses and School of visual concepts in both NYC and Seattle. I have also taken web classes at Ivey and SVC.

Because of my photo degree I can also help with any kind of photo editing.
