I help people have profound and meaningful relationships. I am a therapist in private practice in Remond, specializing in couples. My ideal clients are couples who have developed negative ways of interacting and become stuck. We work together to get the couple unstuck and each partner reconnected with the other.

I use a therapy model that is heavily researched called Emotionally Focused Therapy. It has very positive outcomes during therapy and couples continue to improve after therapy has ended.

I also work with premarital couples, step or blended families, and individuals primarily seeking relationship help.
