My practice is focused on adolescents, individuals and couples counseling. I work with issues including cultural identity, depression, anxiety, grief/loss, adjustment to life transition, relationship and family problems. As a licensed therapist, I use a variety of techniques to help clients explore and challenge their thoughts, conflicts, behaviors and feelings.
