I am an immigration attorney with a passion for connecting businesses with world-class employees, and uniting families with their loved ones.  Our firm handles business visas, family petitions, deportation defense and citizenship naturalization cases.

I am experienced in obtaining visas to the United States for employees from around the world.  I have been successful in getting approval for work visas for executives, managers, knowledgeable workers, artists, and investors.  I also can assist companies in sponsoring individuals for permanent residency (also called a "green card") based on employment.

For families, we can petition for fiance visas, sponsor family members for immigration, and apply for permanent resident status based on marriage.

Our firm also provides international consulting on legal issues, including ethics, anti-corruption, and and legal reform.

I am looking for attorneys in different areas that I can refer cases to, or who could refer cases to me.

I would also like to find businesses (small, medium or large) who need assistance bringing foreign workers to the US.

I've done a little of everything in my career.  I had a business consulting company that focused on technology advice for non-geeks.  After graduate school, I clerked for a federal court judge and then did the big corporate law firm (Perkins Coie).  I left the firm to teach Immigration Law at the UW Law School, then became the Policy Director at a non-profit organization (Hate Free Zone - now called OneAmerica).  I started my own practice in 2004, working primarily as a vendor for Microsoft. In 2007, I joined another attorney to start an immigration firm -- Global Law Partners.  I am now the owner of Global Justice Law Group.
