Sorry I didn't respond earlier to the attorney "admirers". This event is limited to attorneys, though I'm not checking bar admission cards for entry. THis is designed for attorneys to develop their referral networks. Perhaps we can have another event where people can ask an attorney something... hmm... wonder if it is malpractice to answer questions after several glasses of wine!?! Karol
Well, I created my website using Microsoft Expression Web. I want to be able to use an online blogging software (like WordPress or Blogger or whatever) to post stories, but have those stories appear on my domain without having to code it in HTML. It can be on a subdomain (like blog.globallawpartners.com) or on a directory of my domain. I haven't been able to figure out exactly how to make it "publish". It would be particularly great if it could have the same "look and feel" of my website (colors, fonts, etc), but its not essential.
OK, I've always thought of myself as a geek by nature and a lawyer by training but I'm frustrated by trying to incorporate a blog into my domain, globallawpartners.com. I want a user-friendly solution to allow different writers within my firm to be able to post "stories" into a blog that appears on my domain. Whether it also appears on Wordpress or Blogger or Typepad, doesn't particularly bother me.
If someone could help walk me through this process and make it work, I will buy them a REALLY big beverage of your choice!
Thanks in advance, Karol
Great, Patrice! I'll be sure to cover immigration both from an employee and an employer standpoint.
This looks like a great event! I am new to blogging, but want to create a blog on immigration law in three languages: English, Spanish and Chinese. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks for offering this.
