Weight Training Insturction Workshop
Want some new ideas to spice up your fitness routine?
Don’t know how to use all the equipment in the gym?
Do you always do the same few exercises every time you’re working out?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then join me, Kate Conwell, certified personal trainer and owner of Pure Body Fitness (www.purebodyfitness.com), at Fuerte Fitness for the last 2 classes in series of four one-hour hands-on workshops to help you make the most of your gym experience.
Each class will provide the opportunity to learn various exercises for different muscle groups and/or types of equipment. You will leave with notes and pictures to help you replicate what you've learned on your own.
When: 2 classes left in October
October 15th at 5:30pm: Quads/Thigh – Butt/Glutes – Chest – Shoulders
October 29th at 5:30pm: Using Stability Balls for all Muscle Groups
Where: Fuerte Fitness 1225 N. 45th Street Seattle, WA 98103 (just west of Stone Way on 45th St.)
Cost: $25/person per class. Class limited to 5 people. Pre-registration required.
