I am a counselor specializing in working with people--anyone and everyone. I don't have a specific population I work with, because I enjoy working with a broad range of personalities and issues. I love what makes all of us unique, the ideosyncracies, doubts, joys, highs and lows that make us all who we are as individuals.

I work with a variety of issues, most commonly relationships, meaning in life, depression and anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions. The best part of my job is delving deep, engaging with my clients, and listening with my entire being--I feel very lucky to call this my job! I incorporate creative modalities into my work, such as creative writing, art, and music.

My skill as a therapist is in offering understanding and support to my clients in areas of their lives that they haven't felt support before. That one secret you've been keeping from everyone? Yeah, that one. Let's talk about it.

One of my favorite parts of my job is helping people visualize and create a healthy and fulfilling life for themselves. Sometimes this includes integrating and recovering from past trauma, sometimes it is a process of establishing exactly what my clients want from their lives currently and in the future, and helping them make that life a reality. Understanding and resolving conflicts that have happened in their lives or are currently happening in their relationships is also very rewarding.

Potential clients who are looking to create a more fulfilling life. People who need to reconnect with their creative side, who might need support and empathy to get through a difficult time in their life.
