For 30 years I have been learning and doing wellness.  I am trained in 15 mind/body/spirit therapies and use them alone and in combination to assist people in clearing the way for them to have the health, relationships and life they desire.  I also teach workshops in corporations, non-profits, govt. agencies and publicly in wellness, stress release, communication, rapport building, diversity, leadership, empowerment, team building and healing workshops in breathwork, massage, reflexology and nutrition.
