• Kathleen led a rapidly growing national insurance organization in a strategic marketing planning effort that for the first time integrated the efforts of 15 regional offices across the country. She also introduced the organization to the use of a company-wide reporting system to monitor sales and product trends.

• She facilitated the national expansion of a financial consulting organization. Her initial work was to prepare the organizational infrastructure to scale operations into new markets. The second was to build a turn-key program that allowed the organization to start new programs in partnership with banks across the country.

• Kathleen worked with a national non-profit organization on a two-fold program to help the organization expand its work. The first step was to prepare the infrastructure needed to scale its consulting and training services. The second was to lead a staff/board team through a process of identifying and developing a new area of service that offered growth potential.
