Vedic Astrology

Timing in life is everything.  I help you discover 'when' to act upon ideas and what cycles are playing out in your life and business.  The 5,000 year old tradition of Vedic astrology is a powerful guide for all areas of life; be it your career, family life or health issues and help you discover what lifestyle supports your unique expression on the planet.  I am a former scientist and acupuncturist, now using Vedic astrology and vibrational therapies like flower essence elixirs, qi gong and sound therapy to support each person who asks for help.  You are exactly where you need to be, AND being free of what binds you is getting on with your life.

My approach is unique, even among Vedic astrologers.  A reading is 1.5 hours long and you are given a CD of the reading if you so chose. (The reading is based your birth chart, and when appropriate, the chart of your business.)  In person clients can recieve a crystal layout at the end of their readings. This allows the consultation and your intentions to settle within the silence, allowing your mind to rest in this new found information. It is a refreshing and deeply calming experience.

I often give business forecasting for small business owners for 9 months to one year, launch dates for events or web sites, and information that assists you to make clear decisions in your life and business. There are natural cycles to your life and business and this social science helps you understand and harness those cycles to your advantage and create harmony in your life.

VEDIC VERSUS WESTERN ASTROLOGY Vedic astrology is the astrology from ancient India, is the original astrology is very different than Western astrology. This system is based on current day astronomy. It is also called sidereal astrology. In other words, an astronomer and I would say that a given planet is in the exact same place in the sky at any given point in time. A Western astrologer, using the tropical system would say that those planets are placed 23 degrees earlier. Thus, your "Sun" sign is sometimes in a completely different area of the sky in this Eastern, astronomically based system. The Western and the sidereal systems were the same 1500 years ago. The Vedic system has progressed mathematically with time.
The Vedic system is a Moon based and focused system. Its roots are similar to the Jewish lunar and Chinese or Taoist lunar calendars. Vedic astologers are the calendar keepers. The Moon on the day of your birth actually establishes which planetary cycle is playing itself out in your life right now. No other sytem has this kind of timing and cycles. As a result, regretfully, some people call this a predictive system. The timing of the cycles determine the energies, tendencies, and karmas that are occuring in your life right now. You are the one who determines how you interact with these circumstances, and can through conscious choices, assist the flow of life or fight the reality of what is, which sometimes creates suffering.

Have you ever noticed that magic occurs in our life or an ease overcomes us, when we are leaving a job, town or relationship? It is as if our ability to unhook or become detached somehow changes old situations, and our frame of mind lightens or we see things in a new light? An aha opens the door to new ways.
So too, when we see our life from a new point of view, we can detach from our constrained expectations and allow the Resonance of our life to express itself. This is what a reading and the power of Vedic astrology can hopefully bring to you, a new perspective on your life. A pure mathemetician. I am working on a book that describes the connection between the bilocation of particals and what occurs in deep meditation. And the connection between certain mathematical models, quantum phenomena and the chakras. If I said more, I would give my idea away.
