  I am just getting to know Kathrin (we met through a networking group) and what is becoming apparent to me is that she does have one's best interests at heart - she clearly wants you to succeed in your chosen business. To me, her role can be likened to Hallowe'en year-round - she takes on the persona of the business for which she is working.
