Hi Rachel. I noticed your post. I am opening a small showroom space in the Wallingford / Fremont area - it will be ready for hosting events the middle of February. It has a large open room and will have conference table. It is street front, so easy to find. Although not available immediately, keep in mind for future small events(6-10 people).
