I am Investor, Developer, and Realtor. I look for properties that have higher and better use. Then look at developing the lots. But when we build we will build for lower income housing. One of our goals is to build housing that is affordable. We also look for investors who have money who would like to get a great return on there money.

I build client relationships. We look help peoples lives. It is amazing how selling someone a their first home can change someones life. Or finding ways to build affordable housing so that people can start a new life.

I am looking to meet people who are interested in changing peoples lives. And people who would like to learn how to have cash flow for the rest of their lives. People who are interested in investing in projects.
