Emotions drive every action we take more complicated than a reflex. In order to understand our emotions and the emotions of others, we used to rely on friends, parents, teachers, a partner, and sometimes even a boss. To me, coaching is a problem-solving discipline. As a coach, I provide the support, the inspiration, the resources, the training, the sounding board, to create the life you'll love. I have a CPA, an MBA from Columbia Business School and my own business, so you can feel comfortable and confident about my experiences in business. I have a Master's in counseling and coaching from Johns Hopkins University, so you'll be working with a skilled clinician.
