I am a full time yoga teacher who has trained with Marie Svoboda in Seattle over the last 15 years. I and have also attended seminars with T.K.V. Desikachar of Madras, India in 2001, '03,'05, and '06. Marie's first teacher, Indra Devi was orginally trained by Desikachar's father T. Krishnamacharya. I teach at local health clubs and offer private lessons out of my home studio. Please check my website for class times. Classes are taught to meet the needs and experience level of the individuals attending.

I am also a certified sound engineer and performing musician. I operate a home recording studio called Cleopatra Park specializing in independent recording projects and perform regularly in my band Blue Star Creeper (http://www.myspace.com/bluestarcreeper).

I specialize in teaching yoga to people of all levels of ability, age and health. I excell in my ability to find the appropriate theraputic tools to fit the context of the unique individuals I work with.

As a sound engieer I provide a relaxed, creative and focused atmosphere for recording artists and provide the perspective of a fellow musican. I utilize a mix of analog and digital recording technology to help record albums, demos, or pre-production projects.

I am looking for yoga teaching opportunities, and possible workshops, and for new students interested in one on one in depth instruction.

Cleopatra Park is looking for bands or musicans in need of quality recording services.

Blue Star Creeper is looking for show opportunities at local venues, festivals, events, and parties. We would also like to connect with an independent record label who would be interested in distributing our material.

Attended yoga seminars in U.S. and Canada with T.K.V. Desikachar and Kausthub Desikachar in '01, '03, '05, and '06.

As a yoga teacher I have taught at Pro-Robics health clubs, Sound Mind and Body Gym, the IMA at the University of Washington, Denali Fitness, Santosha Yoga, and many others. I have taught 4th graders at John Muir elementary, taught classes for the Seattle Pacific University track team, and have also lead classes at Burning Man.

Recording (live and in studio) credits include The Waiting Room, White Knuckle Ride, Jeremy Wilson, Nevada Bachelors, Graig Markel, Alice Stuart, Gerald Collier, Porter Harp, Corainder (Key Note Speaker), Yab Yum, the Meltdowns, and Blue Star Creeper.
