I am a Licensed SOMA Practitioner. SOMA is a type of bodywork that releases restricted areas to structurally rebalance and realign your entire body in gravity. This helps to reduce aches and pains in your body and increase flexibility and energy levels.

I also work part-time as a marketing consultant, with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and over 15 years of marketing and sales management experience in the telecommunications, advertising and retail industries.
