  • Two offices for lease in wonderful Lynnwood location

I have a client that has an opportunity to lease a beautiful (and affordable) space in Lynnwood with easy access to I-5 and Hwy 99. She would like to sublet part of the space – there are two rooms available which would make ideal offices for coaches or consultants. Each office has a window. Possibly a wall could be removed between the two offices, creating one larger room for a practitioner in the healing arts.

In addition, there will be a larger room available on a part time basis for groups, meetings and/or small classes and workshops. There is also ample storage and a water source for one of the offices. There is a spacious reception area and bathroom facilities. The building overlooks a pond and gardens, is next door to Penny's charming coffee house and has ample parking.

Please contact Lorrie immediately for more details. She has one week to make this work or someone else gets the lease. Each office leases for $450/month with a five-year term. Lease includes utilities. Phone/Internet is not included although the building is DSL/broadband-ready.

Whether you are looking for a solo office or a second location to expand your business, this lovely space will surprise and delight you in its beauty and affordability.
