Email Broadcast is an email marketing agency headquartered in Seattle that creates value for its' clients through email marketing. Customer retention, customer acquisition, streamlining operations and lowering costs can all be accomplished with the strategic implementation of email marketing.

We're different than the ubiquitous "do-it-yourself" email marketing platforms that exist in that we actually provide SERVICE and build a personal relationship with our clients. We're very much like an advertising agency - but all we focus on is email.

Our offerings include:

• Getting business started "Right" in email marketing or taking over a campaign after getting to know the company.
• 3 different levels of service depending on the clients experience, budget, and goals: Platform Access, Messenger Service or Creative Campaigns.
• Strategic retail programs that send targeted messages to segments of a client's email based on demographics or customer behavior.
• Integration with a client's CRM system to create a triggered message system that can automatically remind customers about specific service appointments, follow-up after a sales call, or send out a post service survey.
