I originate loans for almost any type of Real Estate. Homes, Condo's, Multi-Family, Investments, Raw land, Construction, Refinances, and some Commercial lending.

I am a creative thinker. Being able to truly think "outside the box" has proven to be very valuable in this line of work. Each and every loan scenario is different, and there are different ways to get them done. Finding the best possible loan program and rate is a quality that not all loan officers possess. My ability to work diligently to get loans closed in a timely manner with the best possible program and outcome for the client has been extremely beneficial in building a strong pipeline of refferal business.

I am always looking for new referral sources! I need to talk to your friends or family who are interested in purchasing, refinancing, or building construction! If you want to referr them to someone like me who will not only do a great job on their loan, but will walk them through it so they truly understand the process and are more than comfortable with the transaction.

I have been originating loans in the mortgage business in WA state for 3 years. Prior to this, I was an Office/Sales Manager of a marketing company in MN.
