Hey Biznik Folks,

I need to update my knowledge base and was wondering, what are everyone's favorite business books? Here are a couple of my favorites:

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill (for motivational purposes)

The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Gerber (for thinking in terms of systematic processes)

The Black Swan: The Impact of the Highly Improbable by Nassim Nicholas Taleb (for the sheer genius of Mr. Taleb)

Help me convince my boss...

that the time I spend on forums can be considered "work." I'm a firm believer that business and pleasure can co-exist. =)

By the way the name is Keyon and I work for the Marketing department at Infostreet. I hope to learn and share knowledge with you guys for the simple fact that it'll justify me spending more time here. =p
