  • I have always referred to desperation as "scarcity mode", simply because it reminds me that people tend to operate under a different set of principles when coping (or not, rather) with fear of failure. It helps me to maintain consistency and empathy in how I choose to respond to further my own entrepreneurial efforts while maintaining a semblance of interest in the spirit of communal wealth.

A simple syntax nugget, but an exercise that has helped me to stay grounded and positively minded nonetheless. That, and the mantra "I've done a lot more for a lot less".

    :)

  • Thanks for the recommendations! From an email request to my network, I received a ton of great feedback about Litho Craft as well. I have used ColorGraphics in the past and have been very impressed (just didn't think of them for this type of project).

I will take meetings with both and let you know! Always good to have quality printers in ye olde arsenal.

  • I would say that the need for print design is simply less transparent. I have had a lot of luck with selling collateral creation as an add-on to any initial project.

And while VistaPrint and the like may be easy options, it could never replace the richness of a die cut or letterpress on a nice thick piece of paper!
