If you would like to be part of my network, send me an e-mail!
Nutrition: I work with my clients to address the underlying causes of chronic pain and discomfort that may stem from poor diet and digestive issues. Common disorders I work with include: Low energy, Sugar cravings, PMS, Food allergies and sensitivities, General moodiness and depression, Digestive disorders, and Inflammation. I am currently working/researching the role of diet and stress related to infertility in women.
You can choose an individual massage or nutrition appointment, or combine the two to custom tailor a two hour appointment.

group nutrition discussions on a variety of topics
massage therapy
newborn massage instruction for parents
I accept cash, check, most major insurance plans, personal injury and L&I claims.
If you have any questions, I would be happy to discuss them over the phone, or email.
What Kimberley does best
Both Neuromuscular Therapy and Neuromuscular Re-Education are very specific techniques used to decrease trigger points and increase range of motion. When a trigger point is released you benefit with increased range of motion, decreased pain, more energy and better circulation. Numbness and tingling can also be alleviated. When combined with other deep tissue techniques, such as Muscle Energy Technique and Cross Fiber Friction (yes, they can be as uncomfortable as they sound!), the benefits are longer lasting. Add nutritional therapy into the mix, and you are able to support your healing and decrease inflammation for a longer period of time.
