My clients are designing their businesses for million dollar or multimillion dollar growth. I walk them through a step-by-step process of building a business that will accomplish their important financial goals and will run itself without the owner having to work in the day-to-day operations. The goal is to achieve sustainable high growth (even during this recession), ensure that the business produces $250,000 of income per owner, and that the owners of the business can take a consecutive 4-week vacation without having to check in with the business.

One of my clients just got back from Hawaii, he did have to check in once during the vacation. Nine months ago he was a solo entrepreneur on track to do $100,000 in annual sales. 9 months later he has a staff of 6 employees and is on track for $750,000 in sales.
