About Kit

Om Shanti! I've just finished two years of intensive Anusara Yoga training at Seattle Yoga Arts and with John Friend, the Anusara Yoga Guru. I teach 4 yoga classes a week and private yoga lessons. Anusara is a very therapeutic style of yoga, and while rigorous, it's also very kind and nurturing. I love it and love sharing it! I'm happy to work long term with individuals in addition to my regular classes. I'm now practicing as a hypnotherapist as well, and plan to post my new hypnosis website, co-created with the brilliant Ritama Haaga, very soon.
