What Kripa does
As the founder of Orbit Law, PLLC, I help navigate our clients through the constantly changing labyrinth of immigration and nationality laws. My practice includes handling cases for individuals, families, local businesses, and multinational corporations. I help our clients secure a wide range of nonimmigrant and immigrant relief, including temporary visas, permanent residence, citizenship, and political asylum.
I also offers mediation services to individuals, families, and companies, who seek a speedy, economical, and flexible alternative to litigation, and am very prou to be able to provide these services in the following languages: Gujarati; Hindi; Nepali; Spanish and Urdu.
Committed to providing services to members of the community, I serve as a volunteer attorney with various non-profits providing services to low income members of the community, and make it a point to be actively involved with the local immigrant communities for whom I regularly conduct free presentations and "know your rights" seminars on various aspects of the law, and welcome the chance to meet and interact with more community groups.
Kripa's specialties
Very proud to be a part of Seattle's Immigrant community, I work with clients in a collaborative manner to ensure that you understand the risks and benefits of the options available to you. As a first generation immigrant who has successfully navigated through this system, I know the jubilations and trials that the Immigration process holds for most people.
As a mediator, I am committed to remaining a neutral third party to help you reach the solution that best suits your needs. Having trained service providers like Police; Fire fighters and Social Service workers on working with Immigrants, I am honoured to lend my skills and training to mediate inter-cultural disputes or misunderstandings.
I am committed to working with you to help you understand the system and the choices before you. I will help you build your case in a manner that seeks to ease your stress and maximize your chances of securing your desired outcome.
