The majority of my experience is with Hewlett-Packard in a variety of roles including:

Product Marketing Manager - Initial design and evolution of a new telepresence service offering from HP in partnership with Dreamworks that broke the videoconferencing experience paradigm. Including management of product requirements and translation to hardware and software engineering requirements as well as pricing strategy, promotion deployment and market placement. Conducted initial lean manufacturing design and integrated into ongoing product lifecycle management, requiring cross-functional team leadership. Regarded as an industry expert, including go-to source of in-depth competitive analysis.

Global Sales and Marketing Manager - As the telepresence service was deployed globally to Fortune 50 customers, responsible for hiring and leadership of a geographically dispersed sales team. Included quota setting and sales compensation management, sales forecasting and management of the sales and marketing budget. Created and managed the marketing plan that detailed the go-to-market strategy and execution. Directly engaged with executive level customers to close multi-year / multi-million dollar deals.

Solution Engineering Manager - Worked with HP's top Fortune 50 customers to direct their technical evaluation and plan deployment of enterprise services for IT, printing and communications. Lead a global team of solution engineers, comprising of strategic account planning along side sales managers and individual team member coaching. Managed key customer relationships, leading development of key sales presentations and proposals as well as contract development and negotiation leading to over $100M in successful sales annually.

Senior Business Analyst - Engaging internally with IT and externally with third party vendors, defined and documented business requirements necessary for innovative experience design for retail print consumers and graphic design agencies. Included creation of information architecture, implantation project and program management of internal cross-function team of stakeholders, external vendor management, concluding with change management for successful program adoption.

Research and Development Manager - Lead and mentored software development team creating 3D graphics toolkits in HP's workstation division and print services in HP's printer division. Lead software architecture and product roadmap strategy, managing the schedule, resources and investment in new HP Labs technologies, culminating in successful release to thousands of enterprise customers. Built prosperous relationships with industry partners and independent software vendor customers.

Software Engineer - User interface design and testing of 3D graphics software deployed on HP's workstation computers. Designed, programmed and managed C++ code shared in an open source partnership with IBM, Silicon Graphics and Microsoft. Lead QA efforts to ensure delivery of highest quality solutions to our joint customers.
