REGARDING EVENTS COORDIANTION: For 5.5 years as an Event Coordinator, I put on more than 300 events and hosted more than 5000 guests. You should know that Your primary events coordinator should be give you a clear understanding about coordination costs.
As primary coordinator I work on a $600 base ($15x40hrs) w/ 15% commission on ttl budgeted event costs under my management; and for additional special support @ $20 per hr. i.e. complex contract negotiation; facility search; reservation mgmt; invitation and newsletter updates. [less]
