For lack of a better title, I call myself a life coach. Never did like that term--these days, it's such a buzz word, and people equate it to therapy, which it's not. Here's what I am: I'm a catalyst. I work with solopreneurs who need help keeping their businesses in line with their lives. My clients believe in working to live, not living to work--but somehow, they have lost their way and have become overwhelmed by the ongoing complexity of running their own show.

My passion is helping people connect their actions to their core values, whether in work or in daily living. I am a firm believer in the importance of knowing one's core values and priorities, and using those as a touchstone for making choices, decisions, and taking actions. I believe this is true from a business standpoint as well as a personal standpoint, and I help people find the sweet spot where the personal and the professional intersect.
