I think we all know these things deep down but, as we work in and on our businesses we can lose sight of all the other things that are important- Especially US!!

We get caught up in the momentum of growth, the traumas of employee discipline or turn over, financial worries or what ever the issue of the day, week or month is... I think we start to lose perspective, lose balance in our lives and think we're all alone in our struggles.

Sometimes you need someone to give you a gentle nudge to remind you- it's OK to take a break, remind you there are others out there feeling just like you and ultimately that it's our responsibility to take care of us first!! If we don't, who will?
