I'm an expert in peak performance and the mind-body connection. Certified as both a Hypnotherapist and a personal trainer, I work with executives, athletes, musicians and performers so they can break through self-imposed limitations and reach more of their full potential.

I spent ten years in corporate communications before venturing out and becoming a certified hypnotherapist. I've been a practicing hypnotherapist and a seminar leader since 1992.
