As Coach, I co-create the space and relationship to deepen clarity and understanding of Self and what the next steps are to manifest your intentions and outcomes for a whole fulfilling, balanced life in a intuitive, collaborative, supportive, empowering process.

I listen fully, using intuition to support my clients through their process. I help my clients to make the most of life and how to keep the passion involved. I help my clients to find their voice: to assert themselves powerfully and respectfully. I empower.

I am looking for clients who are ready to do some self exploration and recognize their wholeness. I believe that we are the experts on ourselves, and I provide the space and support to delve in to attain your dreams. I am looking for clients who want to take that plunge and live a more whole, balanced, fulfilling life.

I have a Bachelors of Science in Health Psychology from Bastyr University. I am currently gaining my credentials as an Associate Certified Coach through the Invite Change Training Program.

I am the person many friends and family come to for support, someone to listen and help make decisions in career, relationships, and life. I work in Social Services in many capacities.
