About Laurie
As a registered dietitian for over 25 years, I became certified in adult weight management in 2006. It was then I realized that the most effective way to help clients lose weight is through coaching, not just informing. Now I am a practicing diet coach and I love it! My business is Shaping Your Future. People can be coached individually or in groups, in person or on the phone. I also book speaking engagements to groups about the importance of taking the time for self-care every day, an especially important topic for women.
