I have been a Realtor for 14 years at Coldwell Banker Bain Lake Union.

I put my heart & soul in to helping you find your perfect home.  I tell my clients that the house needs to "sing" to them.

I specialize in relocation.  I am currently on the Microsoft and Amazon.com relocation team, helping out of state people learn the area.

To become an Associate Broker you have to take have successfully completed 120 clock hours of approved real estate courses within the last five year, and also have at least two years of experience within the last five years as a full-time real estate salesperson.

I am also recently recieved my E-Pro designation, which will put me on the cutting edge of Real Estate Technology. I just recieved my Certified Residential Specialist Certification (C.R.S.)

Laurie has volunteered in the community throughout the years including Youth Eastside Services and the Crisis Clinic.  She is a supporter of Habitat for Humanity and the Dress for Success program which assists low-income women with appropriate job interview clothing.

Laurie is also a member and Secretary of the Seattle Condominium Network.  This is a by invitation only membership and keeps her on the cutting edge of Seattle condominium living.
