The focus of ENERQI's acupuncture treatments is curing acute illness, alleviating the symptoms of chronic disease, relieving pain, and enhancing your overall well-being by restoring or maintaining your body's natural energy balance, also called QI (pronounced "chee"). 

 I am the founder and Licensed Acupuncturist for ENERQI, located in Wedgwood Center for Natural Medicine. I am an RN and hold a masters degree in Oriental Medicine (Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine 2001). I have studied extensively in China.

I use Traditional Chinese Medicine including acupuncture and Chinese Herbs. I have a full Chinese Herbal Pharmacy and will fill your prescription during your visit. A few things I have recently treated successfully include knee pain, back pain, urinary incontinence, PMS, allergies, hot flashes, acne, constipation, swollen legs, ringing in the ears. and smoking addiction. I incorporate Tuina massage, cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, electro-stimulation, heat therapy, and Japanese Bodywork into my treatments when indicated.. Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Facials are also offered at ENERQI.

I am looking for referrals for people that are genuinely interested in feeling better, physically, emotionally and mentally; because I can help them do just that. Acupuncture is an active way to move and strengthen the QI. So few people are able to consciously move and strengthen their own QI. Thats why many people need acupuncture to do it for them. If the body goes too long without proper flow of Qi then disease occurs. Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicines work preventively as well. My highest purpose in life is to help people feel better and live better, longer and healthier lives.
