What is Coaching?

Coaching is a pro-active, optimistic interaction that focuses on peoples inherent strengths. It facilitates the actions that take people from where they are in their personal or professional lives to where they want to be.

As an On-Boarding, Career and Life Coach LaVonne works with her clients to

• Develop and maintain effective coaching plans with the client participant; This may include testing •Integrate and evaluate interpretations that help the client participant to gain awareness and to achieve agreed-upon results; •Create opportunities for ongoing learning, in work/life situations. Clients then take on new effective actions on agreed-upon coaching results; •Create Individual development plans (IDPs) based on the job requirements and competencies at the next level.
•Collaborate with the participants' supervisors, staff, and HR. Identify - clarifies career goals and aspirations. •Strive to enhance the leadership capacity of the individual.

In addition to helping others grow in their lives and organizations, LaVonne has established her own Career and Life Coaching team involving other consultants.

She has brought her drive, inter-personal skills and management experience to a number of boards, including serving on several as corporate representative.
