My approach is intuitive, intentional and holistic in nature. I listen to not only what people say, but to what their bodies seem to need in that moment--every massage is as different as each person themself.

I feel my role as a therapist is to support the whole person in their health--whether that be through manual therapy, reintegration work, or talk therapy.

I offer a unique mix of swedish, deep tissue, acupressure and reflexology with some reiki/energy work as a basis for most of my bodywork. Though, I have training and knowledge in several other modalities which I incorporate when required or requested

I'm a great listener, and I"m good at holding space for people so they can do what they need to do to be their very best.
