Diversity training, speaking and consulting designed to improve your cross-cultural skills. My speciality is helping European Americans learn to be at ease with diversity. Islam and other non-Western religions is one aspect of our work, looking at cultural learning styles is another.

Change the ways people think about culture challenges. It's easy to assume workplace tensions stem from visible differences. Culture or religion may only play a small part. We give you information and new perspectives. While I'm not a Muslim, Islam highlights many of the new issues managers and employees deal with in the workplace.
