I am a dance/movement therapist and licensed counselor. I approach the counseling process from a holistic perspective, fusing traditional talk therapy with an attention to the body, movement and creativity. I also use the "Internal Family Systems" approach to therapy, helping clients access and work with different parts of themselves, thereby gaining tools for continued growth throughout life.

  Leif is a deeply grounded person who provides engaging and effective methods of talk and movement therapy. Working with body awareness is integral to the work he does and its amazing how many issues can be explored and resolved during the movement sessions. His approach is gentle, loving and kind. I cannot imagine a safer person to share your personal path with. If youve tried talk therapy and only got so far with it, contact Leif. It may be that there is something in the silence, in experiencing yourself in your body, through movement and stillness, that will affect the changes you seek.
